Very nice homes, I would live here. Convenient location in Dumfries, Va. Easy access to I-95 and route 234.
Generally nice but I can’t believe they let the driveway of my 81 year old mother stay snow bound.
Live here. 55+. Gated. Nice amenities. Free coffee in lobby lounge.
Beautiful friendly good amnenties community of 10 years residence. Staff at the community has significant problems. Nit pick residents treating them like 2 year olds. Residents complain to no available to BOard. Staff does what the hell they feel like with little or no input or concern from adult residents. Board has concurred with Data Center adjacent to Property in spite of 200 residents vehemently complaining to not recommend Data Center on top of community!! Beadvised
