This review is from my experience in 2008, You have sean cole who hired his kids who were 15-18 to work in an RCF children Adam and Roman Cole to supervise the mentally ill. While the main problem isn't here, it lies with Sean Cole who had asked a resident to run credit card applications with te social security numbers of other residents with the intent to fraud the helpless. You also had pat who made sure to demonize and criticize other residents because they weren't normal enough or aggravated her.
