Very upsetting this day and age ! My son and his wife had to rent till they found a house to buy. They will have been in there a year in March 2026 (always on time with payments). First lease is up March 3rd. They were unsure on finding a place so they secured their spot by asking to sign another lease for another 6 months. They were able to do so however…. When I moved out we left the unit spotless. At the walk through she said it looked like their cleaners already came through and cleaned. And... she came through with a black light! She didn't see a thing.. but they kept most of my deposit. I was there for 4 years and treated it like I owned it. What a joke! Make sure you read the fine print of the 9 million page rental agreement.. even though it may not help you anyway.
I fell in love with the room I applied for the Seccond I walked into it, the community is amazing, the workers are just as good, and yall are very helpful and nice to work with
The maintenance team at Four Seasons is amazing. Fixed same day and super friendly. Always willing to help. When ever I see them in the complex they always wave and say hello
