Like to thank Vanessa and the people at Four Seasons for all their help to get me a programmable thermostat for my little gas fire place. The first one from the manufacture was not working correctly and I thought it was me. The technician came in and programed it for me and it still was not working all the time. It would work for two or three days and then not turn on or off when it was supposed to. I am disappointed. The sad part about this experience is the salesperson was great. When I first came in to purchase the receptionist was great. The Men who came out to do the service calls when they were at my house was great or so I thought at the time. I genuinely just feel blindsided by the installation fee cost. They charged me $400 plus taxes( $452) to install a new fire pit and remove the old one. They sent the first person and he removed the old firepit and said the line was burnt and needed to buy a part to replace ... read more
