I got an acupuncture and lymphatic drainage session with Lara here and I was astounded and amazed at her knowledge, her skills, and most importantly her intuitive and considerate nature. She has a talent for matching your energy and bringing safety into the room with the healing. 10/10 recommend Lara any day of the week !

Lara is extremely attentive and professional. She knows exactly what she’s doing and puts the patients comfort and needs first. I started with her for pain management due to an autoimmune and I continue my journey with her as an expecting mother now. Highly recommend her.

Lara Foy of Four Seasons Acupuncture is amazing at her craft. First & foremost, she is intuitive which guides her in giving me exactly what I need.
