Best acupuncturist in Seattle! – I have been seeing Josie for several health issues. She has helped me tremendously! She can help with managing pain and can help you improve your health/outlook. It may take several sessions (however, I had results after only a few treatments), but I can gaurantee it will help.
Best Ever! – My back was really bothering me everyday. I went for treatments and now the pain is gone. I know this may not work for everyone, but it sure is worth trying. Professional and experienced. I highly recommend Four Seasons!

Healing – After I went to see Josie, my shoulder pain diminshed and I quit taking pain meds. I was afraid of needles and it took me many years to try acupuncture. Josie made me feel comfortable and it never hurt. She also gave me herbs to make tea that cleansed my body and made me feel stronger. She is a gentle and caring person who possess deep knowledge about the makings of the body, mind and spirit.

Wonderful! – I have been seeing Josie Zhuo for several months now for chronic shoulder pain which I was taking medications for. I am almost medication free and feeling better than I have in many years. Josie has been practicing and learning Chinese medicine since she was 10 years old. She works with you individually with acupunture, herbs, exercises and listening. I can't say enough about her - she's helped me so much!
