I have been a patient at this office for about three years, and my recent experience was extremely disappointing. About a month ago, I arrived for my appointment and was told that my insurance could not be found and that this office was not listed as my primary care physician. I explained that I had been coming here for three years with the same insurance, but the front desk argued with me for nearly an hour instead of trying to resolve the issue. Complete waste of time. They don't care about patients in need of correct medical treatment. For people who read reviews and are looking for a caring proper treatment facility do not go here. They bill on medical insurance instead of properly truly caring and taking care of you. Please trust in reviews we right them for a reason. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!
Absolutely a waste of time n ur insurance. They don't care about their patients. The doctor was notified a patient problems at the hospital but can care less. Also this place couldn't diagnose the patient acute kidney failure n sent the patient home sick. All they do is prescribe u a load of meds making a circle between them n the pharmacy to collect funds.
