This business operates as a complete joke. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, fully respecting their time, only to be met with empty rooms and a staff that couldn't be bothered to show up. Handing a client a locked door and apathetic excuses after they’ve rearranged their schedule to be there is peak incompetence. You don't deserve paying customers if you can't even keep basic appointments. Absolute trash operation—stay far away.
Beware! Do not come here if you do not have an appointment. You wont be able to look at the prices. They will get you in a room as quick as possible and then tell you its cash only and ask how much tip you’ll give before they massage which makes no sense since you havent gotten the massage to even determine how much extra they would get for doing a good job.
