We had an issue with our water heater over flowing through the relief valve pipe. Called Berkshire Gas who then gave us Four Seasons Heating & Cooling to refer to. We received a call back from them that since it’s not the water heater we rent from Berkshire Gas and they aren’t taking new customers they can’t help us in this emergency situation and has no one to refer us to. We had a propane hot water boiler installed by Four Seasons four years ago, and it already needs major parts replaced. Furthermore, Four Seasons is uninterested in doing the repair work. I hope we can find another company that does better work and/or stands by it.
