Great food at fantastic prices! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest I’ve seen in any establishment. Will be coming back!
I don't go through Rising Sun very often but I've been to this place enough times now to say it is the best 'family style'/'classic diner' type place in Cecil County. And probably a good chunk of eastern Harford, too. Their pizza/Italian offerings are fine but what I like is that it's a very broad menu with something to please everyone, including all day breakfast. My wife and I went there for dinner for the first time not too long ago and got their signature Stromboli and it was literally the greatest thing I’ve ever got from a pizzeria ever. I don’t know but it was perfectly crispy and buttered on the outside (I think it’s buttered, don’t care it was delicious) and soft and flaky on the inside.
