I had tooth pulled today and the beautiful assistant held my hand during the numbing process!! Wonderful dentist and staff!!
I gave 4 stars because I have never received professional dental care here... until yesterday. I was blown away at the professional care I received from the new hygienist, Rebekah. She did such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The level of her professionalism does not match the surroundings in this place. I've always felt like a Medicaid patient but she treated me like I had just stepped out of a limo. I will highly recommend you make an appointment with her and be seen by Dr. Goff. Showed up 10 minutes late to an appointment (due to getting behind a trucker), called, in advance, to let them know I wouldn’t be able to arrive on time. Then, whenever I arrived to the office, the young lady behind the desk stated that they have a “15 minute policy,” and they would not be able to complete the scheduled service. She did not explain the 15 minute policy. They didn’t text, or call, me to let me know the appointment was cancelled. Wonderful service. I have very high anxiety when it comes to dentists. The assistant I had (can’t remember her name) made my experience so much easier. She would talk me through it and made sure she still did her job. The dentist herself was amazing. She was gentle and made sure to tell me everything she was doing as she was doing it. I am not an easy dental patient to deal with at all. But definitely would recommend them to anybody. I also never leave reviews.
