I had tooth pulled today and the beautiful assistant held my hand during the numbing process!! Wonderful dentist and staff!!
I gave 4 stars because I have never received professional dental care here... until yesterday. I was blown away at the professional care I received from the new hygienist, Rebekah. She did such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The level of her professionalism does not match the surroundings in this place. I've always felt like a Medicaid patient but she treated me like I had just stepped out of a limo. I will highly recommend you make an appointment with her and be seen by Dr. Goff. Showed up 10 minutes late to an appointment (due to getting behind a trucker), called, in advance, to let them know I wouldn’t be able to arrive on time. Then, whenever I arrived to the office, the young lady behind the desk stated that they have a “15 minute policy,” and they would not be able to complete the scheduled service.
