I can hardly contain my glee at the prospect of getting my first professionally painted minis back from these wonderful guys! Super clear process and great communication the entire time. Had a batch of 60 small Tyranid models painted. This was my first time dealing with them. I gave no deadline but wanted them to match my original color scheme that i'd done with cheap acrylic paint. Didn't except too much of it, but sent a painted model along to help out. Got my models back in exactly a month. I was AMAZED by the quality of their color matching. Absolutely amazing job, if you want your minis to be done by some real pros; look no further! Super nice and responsive too, which is always very much appreciated.
Not a cheap thing to have done but I was given a quote and knew the cost going in, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They sent me photos of the finished product prior to shipping where I requested an alteration to one mini, which they got done the same day with no issue. Highly recommend their work.
