Terrible, terrible, terrible Went on a cruise with a MS group. i guess I was lucky they picked me up at all, because they left other passengers behind, they were rude, didn't show up at the airport on time and when I called them the guy kept saying 2 more minutes, this went on for an hour. When the guy showed up he had a sign that looked like a kindergardner made it with crayons and construction paper. They should be shut down!
