I fully recommend Four Points. The entire process was easy and closing was enjoyable and all my questions answered.
Malinda was friendly, informative, answered all our questions, and got us the paperwork in advance of closing so we had plenty of time to review everything before the actual closing.
After reading all the glowing reviews about this company, I searched several more times to be sure I had the right one to review. My experience was a good deal different than the ones already written. While the job got done, it was not seamless, smooth or stress free. On the day of closing, timing was delayed by more than 1.5 hours. This left 2 realtors, the seller and myself, sitting in a conference room, unable proceed any further.
