They forgot to come and clean for two days and never apologized for it. There were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no toothbrush provided. The glass in the room was not cleaned daily during my 8-day stay.
This was my first time in Sydney and this was the best location to go to near attractions like Sydney harbour opera and central station. The staff here was exceptional especially Zoey she was so helpful, i had a family of 6 so she was telling me suitable commute ,kid friendly places and how to navigate in town using an app. 100 percent recommended.
