Very strategic hotel, easy access. Lovely room and staff service. Special mention for Shriya during checked in, who assisted us with warm and attentiveness. Highly recommend.
I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for over 20 years and have stayed at Four Points Sydney several times, but this visit was very disappointing. The front desk check-in was unfriendly and condescending, setting a poor tone. Our room was not properly cleaned—there was hair swept into the corners of the bathroom, which was unacceptable. Good location not too close or too far from the harbour. Good breakfast options. Only 5 minutes from the subway. Easy to Uber from here. Recommend the whiskey sour.
