Emergency alarm went off for 20+ mins as “just a test” they also no longer do their own parking and make you use a 3rd party app. Rooms are dated, and not very clean.
The absolute greed to charge guest for parking now is sickening. Allowing PMC Parking company to force these signs making $20/ per night off already paying customers. Then they all for a credit card before showing a price in the app. Which means they'll charge what they want, and still after paying we still don't know what was charged. So better Sheraton
The staff was the best part of the trip, they’re super nice. The rooms are spacious with an exception of the restroom. Things to know before staying here : - they advertise balconies in the rooms but they are closed as well as all of the windows being bolted so you can’t get any natural air into these rooms. -They charge you a $30+ fee for having a restaurant…even if you don’t utilize it they just charge you because it’s there. Parking is $15 per night. They have roaches in the rooms. The rooms could be cleaner like the wind... read more
