Great stay, very clean and comfy beds.
Rooms are showing their age. All the staff were very pleasant but I did have to ask them to vacuum my room as there were large crumbs upon arrival to my room. Even after vacuuming there was still noticeable debris left. Good location for Niagara region, 20mins to downtown Niagara Falls, 20mins to the outdoor outlet mall, and about the same into St Catherine’s. Possibly would stay again.
Located 20 minutes away from Niagara falls. The front desk is friendly. Charged 5$ per night for parking, which is weird given the distance from the Niagara falls city. Cleanliness is questionable, we saw some ants in the room and some stains on a chair. They use cleaning supplies which can be refilled, which is really appreciated. There is a lot of vegetation around the building, I kind of liked it.
Hotel was a 20 minute drive from the baseball diamonds that our tournament was held. Hotel was well kept as were the rooms. Staff was kind and helpful
