This is a modern and attractive, well-kept, clean hotel. The area is great and I will be staying again. The front desk staff especially went out of their way to help me: Evan, Cheyenne, and Reyes all added a little personal touch to my stay. Including Cheyenne helping me put on my necklace this morning. I felt safe here, too traveling solo.
no toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, the coffee machine does not work, the water in the bathroom flows out, the drinking water supply is not timely, the room has a strange smell that has been sealed for a long time, the windows are sealed, the price is too high and the service does not match.
Disappointed in the rooms. No shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. No towel rails to hang towels to dry. No outlet on one side of the bed to plug in devices. Only one small dresser with drawers. No closets, just a wardrobe by the door, not in the bedroom. I stay in a lot of hotels across North America that are cheaper and better. For such a high price point, I expect basic functionality.
Sasha served us some delicious wood fired pizza in the restaurant last night. Great server, 5 stars!!
This hotel was rough! We stayed here to visit with family in the area. We have a 2 year old and safety is a priority. The trip started out rough when we noticed the elevator had a broken button and was being held together with scotch tape. Then checking in the porcelain edge of the shower pan were chipped leaving broken rusty glass chards on the floor of the bathroom. On top of that there was mold growing in the grout.
