Location and Staff are phenomenal here! Much Needed Room Renovations are planned. We had a great overall experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center, thanks to the exceptional staff. A special shoutout to Carile, Director of Operations, and Asau at the Front Desk—both were truly incredible when it came to customer service. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton, and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had. From the moment we checked in, we was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.
