Nos alojamos con mi pareja, 6 noches, de vacaciones. Considerando que es un 2 estrellas, muestra experiencia fue 5 estrellas. La habitación estaba correcta, limpia, de buen tamaño para lo que es NYc, el personal muy amable, al final me dieron una hora más de cheq out, y pude guardar las maletas una horas , a la mañana sirve café y agua. Solo le faltó un frigobar en la habitación
Only plus was the location. Not that bad of a hotel but was dirty. Too much dust, smell, and wrong type of room given. Not good.
We left this hotel after one night and cancelled our booking within Sheraton in another city as well. Room was very small, but that was expected. What shocked us, was widely spread mold in the bathroom. It was VERY visible and it definitely has been there for a long time. Considering its condition, it’s very upsetting that this room was still available for booking. Good rooms but the front desk is impossible to contact by phone. Using the phone in the hotel room always results in a busy signal, none of the numbers online work (including the one associated with this page, it goes straight to voicemail). Also, no fridges in rooms that cost $500+ a night is absolutely ridiculous.
Wir waren 6 Nächte in dem four Points Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt, alle „wichtigen“ Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen, wir sind sogar bis zur Brookly Bridge gelaufen. Es war auch sehr sauber, wurde täglich aufgeräumt. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend, man ist ja nur zum Schlafen da.
