My wife and I booked the hotel due to close proximity to Ohare. Was sold on the free shuttle... Then, found out the shuttle only runs 3pm-11pm. Thus, had to pay Uber $50 to get to the airport. Their ad on the Marriott site is mis-leading. Buyer Beware!!! Other than that, the hotel was very adequate, no other complaints.

Dear guests of this hotel, I suggest you take into account the opinions of other guests, as I was a guest for many years. Unfortunately, this week I had a bad experience with the reception staff, the housekeeping staff, and, even worse, the room inspectors after cleaning. I suggest you replace the main staff responsible for thoroughly checking the housekeeping service. I believe I am not alone, as I have seen this hotel empty and it still isn't properly cleaned.
