Great Service! Lucky and Mohammed took great care of me after United canceled my flight last-minute. I had no bag and no wheels, but the guys came through for me in a big way!
Easy to get to and the property seems well maintained. The night concierge upgraded our room to a suite because it was my birthday! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had enough of everything and there were a couple of complimentary waters in the room which is always appreciated. The bar and hot tub were not in service. We will not be staying here again. When we arrived our rooms were not cleaned, the tv remote for our room television was broken. I had to call the front desk twice to get a replacement. The next day we came back to find our rooms had not been cleaned while we were out. Front desk explained we had to REQUEST for house keeping. Then they tried to tell us house keeping only comes every other day, which is plain unacceptable. Pillows and towels need an upgrade. Also insulation between floors is lacking, the footsteps of people above us were very loud
