Service is almost non existent. The lady im not sure she even spoke English? ZERO personality or warm greeting well hell nothing really. Just card and here is your key. The rooms are loud so you will be inundated with road noise and everyone that is outsides conversation. So if you need a room they will have one but hopefully its just overnight.
The room was ok, but they may have bed bugs. I got vibes that the housekeepers are not changing sheets after each checkout. I noticed one housekeeper was in and out of a room cleaning in about 15- 20 minutes. They need to clean appropriately to not have bed bugs! I tried watching tv, but it tells you to press Ok every few minutes, which is annoying!! You press ok & it still cuts off!! The other thing is the bar just looks dead, no sophistication, no energy. Family vacation ruined by disgusting housekeeping failure Our family vacation at Four Points by Sheraton Mount Prospect O’Hare was completely ruined by a shocking failure of the housekeeping service. Only at the end of our stay we discovered that our children had been playing with dirty female underwear left behind by previous guests. Believe The Negative Reviews!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Normally I try to take negative reviews with a grain of salt but this hotel needs a complete overhaul: half of the front desk needs to be replaced, majority of the staff has really poor attitudes, not very polite, patient or customer friendly at all. 1. There are no Shuttles to the con center. 2. All the rooms are broken. We rented multiple rooms. Broken shower. Broken ac. Broken toilet. 3. The staff is overworked and understaffed. They can't manage simple towel requests much less maintenance 4. The rooms have no fridges Do not stay here. Waste of money and time.
