I like that they have both a hot tub and a pool. I like the hot cold, hot cold effect. Very invigorating!! Good location. Easily walkable to a variety of restaurants that serve food from all over the world. I even ended up using the public transit because the 606 bus takes you straight to the Rosemont transportation Center where you can go anywhere.

The room and location were good, but the service after checkout has been very frustrating. I’ve been waiting about a week for my security deposit/incidentals hold to return to my account, and it still has not been released. When I first called, I was told it would take 1–3 business days.
