Visiting long island from a different State. First off, location is great. Big and comfy rooms. As soon as we got in, got a welcome text from manager (not an automated one). Definitely recommend this.
Pretty basic amenities for the price !
I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Hempstead, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, helpful, and welcoming. I’d like to give special recognition to the chef. We had a small misunderstanding yesterday, but he handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness that it quickly turned into a positive experience. This location was offered to us by delta as a overnight voucher, kind of inconvenient and out of the way to be an “airport hotel,” but service was absolutely amazing- 5 star service, especially to Nirmala, she was so helpful and so considerate of our stay and has such a great personality and cheerful at 12:30am for cranky customers that just got back from a cancelled flight 20miles outside of JFK. Was grateful to have stayed with such positive energy. Thank you Nirmala!
