This is the worst hotel you can possible get!!! They treat their customers very unfairly. Melanie, Chris, and AJ are the staff and managers. They have security guards who WILL harass you at night. The staff WILL call the police so if you stay here DONT come out at night. Especially if you're black and a disabled veteran like me.
Room is so so. The front desk service is poor, transportation has left us stranded at the hospital for over an hour. Driver was given our number but never called us. Calling the front desk was going unanswered for a long time. Requested assistance through the Bonvoyage Concierge only to be told to call the desk again and stay on the line until someone answers. Not a good experience at all.
