Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a bar with a chill atmosphere.
Lifetime Gold Marriott, so well-traveled. My experience April 2025 - 8 people in line to check in. One person at the desk. Took nearly 30 min. They still mask the dog and former cigarette smoke (you can kind of still tell) in this old building with heavy aromatic scents. If you're sensitive to such, it's too much. If you're not, you may not notice. Breakfast is confusing. Some have it, some don't. They didn't make that clear. Hotel is often busy so parking can be not as close to the door as others. I was there for 5 days they never do service in room
Hotel experience was okay... When I was there, the key card system failed, and for the first day of my visit, I had to be let in my room every time I left. Additionally, there were issues with the cleanliness of the room. On the other hand, the staff was very polite and professional, and I had no other problems during a four night stay.
Awesome location, Excellent customer service ....Nice breakfast however; the hallway carpet needs cleaning, laundry should be checked better (for cleanness-no soil linen), pool should have a better appearance (even if it's not being used) the hotel Vehicle is your rolling Advertisement-and should show better representation. Outside Front should ALWAYS be Presentable...this hotel is to lovely to allow it to go down.
