Bed bugs everywhere, had to leave two rooms. And if we weren’t only getting 5 hours of sleep we wouldn’t left. Shame on you Sheraton. Your staff deserves better. Staff was accommodating.

Just tried to book a room there and I got hung up on. Their online system isn’t working I spoke at the front desk, incredibly rude

Tay was the bartender who took my dinner order and was very helpful and communicated very well to update my order. What impressed me the most was the patience and help she was to a woman who could not speak English and was trying to place an order with a different restaurant. She took the time to call the other restaurant twice to help with the order. She ended up helping her do the order with Uber Eats. She could have said there is nothing I can do I don’t speak your language. Above and beyond!!!

The rooms are extremely outdated and need work done in the bathroom furniture needs to be replaced. Do not be fooled by the exterior in the lobby. The first room they gave me when I went in there was an extremely bad odor then when I walked on the carpet I could tell the carpet was completely soaked. I'm assuming the air conditioner was leaking and had ruined the carpet.
