Front desk lady, Melony, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Also lying about availability. Although the place is beautiful and the stay was great. This lady ruined my entire trip. Would highly recommend all my friends and family, and other social medias to NEVER stay here.
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel other than the night clerk woman that checked us in around 8:30pm on 04/25/26. She was VERY RUDE, yes I was with a group of high school aged kids on a school trip but all of the extra hollering was unnecessary and unprofessional!
The front desk lady really nice to me and when I left something she was really nice to me and care and she was looking out for me and her name hope
