Enjoyed my stay at the hotel other than the night clerk woman that checked us in around 8:30pm on 04/25/26. She was VERY RUDE, yes I was with a group of high school aged kids on a school trip but all of the extra hollering was unnecessary and unprofessional!
The front desk lady really nice to me and when I left something she was really nice to me and care and she was looking out for me and her name hope
I just called this hotel, spoke with Bobbie from the front desk ....she was extremely RUDE and very unprofessional. I was asking questions about a handicap room...I will not be staying here!!! 1st impression...was absolutely not a good one
