Spent one night with my handicapped parents for surgery early the next day. Convoluted and no clear sinage for entrance and exit to the hotel. Our room reeked of mildew. The shower toiletries were empty. The room phone didn't work, or the front desk and every department decided not to answer any of the lines that evening. The next day, my dad and I returned to the hotel by 9:00 for breakfast, to pack and check out while waiting on a call that surgery was completed. Room had ants, tub drained slowly, staff did have great customer service, room had mildew smell. Had a family reunion there and most of the rooms were poor and lots of complaints from the family
