From check in at the front desk, to the beautiful rooms, to the exceptional service at the bar and restaurant, this has been an amazing stay. The rooms are brand new. And to recognize some employees- thank you to Emma for making us feel so at home and going out of her way providing excellent service. And Marvin for assisting with phone WiFi issues without us even asking for help he came over to the rescue. This has been a great experience.
The Four Points by Sheraton Fayetteville is a fantastic place to stay! The hotel is spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities you could need. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. After paying a ridiculous amount for an ok continental breakfast, you then have someone stalking you at breakfast wanting you to sign off. It's rude an entirely too much for a average breakfast
