Tried to cancel my room and they wouldn’t give me back my deposit, only solution they gave was to cancel my second night, also tried to charge me a 35% incidental rate based of my stay price
Resort in new and modern. The beds were super comfortable. The only downsides are: 1) no carpet (in high traffic areas) = noise, 2) parking is nonexistent. There’s a parking ramp that looks to hold 40’ish vehicles and it looks tight. We parked in the city lot down the street, 3) shower floors were a bit slippery if you step off the mat.
Rooms we’re nice and clean, pillows were horrible. Take a note if you pre-order your room through expedia, booking.com or any of those sites and you get it for a certain price when you go there they will charge you the full price they want to charge you. Make sure you get the room you ordered or they will throw you in whatever is available like a ADA compliant room.
