I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. My experience was highly disappointing due to several significant issues. The lighting throughout the property is poor; the hallways are extremely dark at night and the guest rooms feel dreary. Additionally, the front desk appears to be consistently understaffed with only one person working, making it nearly impossible to get through via phone when assistance is needed. This is the most digsuting hotel with lice and cockroaches. The smell in the rooms i unbearable, and the parking is incredibly expensive. Also the noise from the highway is beyond. STAY AWAY
Its more like a motel.. no soap no bodywash (bottle was empty) no basic vanity kit. When we asked to get some of these items, they didn’t have any and I was asked to check out the cvs across the street. Trash laying around in the hallways
Very disappointed. I do not recommend Four Point to anyone. It is very expensive and nothing special. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Every time you leave and come back, they charge your card again for parking. They do not charge a small amount — they charge a big amount for parking. The front desk staff were rude and did not want to explain anything. I paid extra for breakfast, but the food was not good and there were very few options. I could only eat cereal. Please Avoid! This is not a standard Marriott hotel overall. A mouse was found! Attached final bill.(Mickey means Mouse for them)I only book one room for me and my brother. Due to the weather I did not even make it to Boston so I added my brother’s name to help him to check in without me.
