As a long-time Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member and frequent business traveler in the medical field, I expect a certain baseline of service and comfort. Unfortunately, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Newton fell well below Marriott standards. I was not acknowledged or greeted as an Ambassador upon arrival. We have stayed here several times. The location is great- very convenient to Boston and there are several good restaurants in walking distance or nearby by car. Friendly and helpful check-in and the rooms we have stayed in are updated and pleasant. Parking is about half the cost or less of the Boston Marriotts. We will stay here again!

I was left to scramble my own luggage to room not helped pool cold and over highway no breakfast despite $60 paid. Stile my deposit $140 and roomwasnt cleaned never stay here its lousy staff.
