For the price it’s a great stay. Clean comfy and welcoming
Maybe I expected more but every other hotel I've ever stayed at had at least a free basic breakfast and never charged for parking. This place charges for both either VIA a higher room rate or direct charges. The room itself was decently sized, had good lighting, was clean and had a good size bathroom. The noise level though from outside was surprisingly high even being on the 12th floor.. If/when I'm in this area again, I will definitely be looking at other options available before I stay here again.
I lived in the area for 40 years and never understood why you would build a hotel over not only a highway but a railroad. Moved out of state a few years back and stayed here for convenience during a business trip. Rooms: small. Service: fine. Location: again, it’s a hotel located over a highway and a railroad. 1/5 Terrible My room smelled stale and musty and I sneezed a lot. The staff were 5/10, they weren't horrible but not welcoming. The entire hotel, reception, elevators, hallways and room felt dingy. The highway runs right under the building. My room on the 4th floor, the highway noise through the closed windows was louder than the air conditioner. I couldn't sleep at all and was miserable. My room smells awful, like a musty cellar. The elevators smell like cigarettes. Nice view of the parking garage.
