Ooohhhhh. Bad. Check in was ok, but we got a room next to the elevator and a LOUD ice machine. We asked for a quieter room and the front desk supervisor first said there weren't any rooms, then found one. She said it was equidistant from the elevator, but it was 3 doors down & I'd think she'd know that. The room itself was not good. Lighting was poor. Sink was cracked. The fan in the bathroom was LOUD and the air conditioner sounded a lot like a jet engine. I suppose that it was the only room available when we asked to reloc... read more
Great place! We stayed just one night, after our day at Dorney. For this tier of American hotel, the place was pretty much perfect. Very clean room, an A/C system with thermostat that actually worked(!) nice fold out bed for the kids, a great quality shower, super friendly staff, and the pool was warm, clean, and the kids loved it. The restaurant wasn’t bad either. And another nice touch, I loved the mid century modern furniture in the lobby and public spaces.
The staff is very friendly, however shower very disgusting with pink stains. Visible dust all over the wall base in the bathroom. This place is disgusting. I lowered the AC but still shown 74 degrees. Very rough towels.
From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — the bed was a dream after a long travel day. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and just a short drive to downtown Allentown and Lehigh Valley attractions.
