We went with Brian because of a referral from another contractor. We regretted it almost immediately. We had to call him daily to see if he was going to show up for work. One day he said he was going to go home for lunch and he would be back. He never showed. He would show up on the jobsite with other people and even a puppy on one occasion. Absolutely horrible work. My husband was the one talking to him, and I didn’t get a chance to speak with him myself. First of all, he kept texting that he was coming and then never showed up. I understand Thanksgiving was coming up, but doing one floor tile almost took him a month. We didn’t hire him by choice – the previous owner had already chosen him. Great guy, but wont warranty his work, I paid tons of money for tile in a hot tub.. 10k, and he kept telling me he was coming to fix it, two three four times but now im done. Great company. Very professional and excellent craftsmanship. I hired Four Peaks to tile my hot tub, a very challenging job and he did an excellent job. I've also hired him to do other tile work around my office with same results. Highly recommend.

Worst tile experience Ive ever had. As an example, tile in bathroom didnt flow into a closet, (now carpet sticks out) gaps in grout, uneven schluter / tile transition. Poor communication and quality. Do not recommend.
