Got seated. 20 min wait for a server. Ordered a beer and mimosa. Waited 15 additional minutes. Drinks came. No prices for alcohol on menu, only food. Server didn't know prices. Mimosa was warm. $41 for one mimosa and one beer. Management dismissed concerns. I understand airport pricing, but hiding price and delivery of subpar products is crappy.
The chicken enchiladas were served cooler than I preferred. At first I thought it was due to the sour cream or the salsa, but no it wasn't warm. The beer was very good (I ordered the WOW Wheat Ale), and that made up for the experience
I understand it’s busy, but the service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Just rude people. Several servers standing together and gossiping when loads of people are waiting. Try another option in terminal 4.
A great stop in the airport. Quick service and great food and drinks.
