We really miss Dr Steven. Since it has changed hands we don’t feel they are nearly as good at diagnosing our dogs. We feel they are guessing/experimenting with our dog at our expense. Spent over $600 with her getting worse, no follow up call to see how she is, and when we called back 3 months later had written down things in her message that I didn’t say, PLUS still has not called me back.
