Amazing first experience! Everyone was so incredibly kind, gentle and patient with my dog and me! Dr. Stephanie and Jen took time to ask me a lot of questions about my dog and thoroughly answered all my questions. They offered solutions to my concerns and made me feel so welcome. They also offered freeze dried liver treats in abundance and my dog was not upset about that! Thank you Jen and Dr. Stephanie for being amazing and welcoming Maverick and I!
I had the best experience ever! My dog gets very scared at the vets, usually peeing and pooping from fright. We walked into a very calm environment with plants and essential oils going. The floor had a thin carpet so my dog could find her footing. She was already more relaxed as though she were at a friend’s house. I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Sur and Jen at Four Paws Wellness! It can be a challenge to find a truly integrative vet that will investigate root cause issues first and offer so many options for sustained long-term health. With other vets in the past, I often felt rushed out the door with little time to ask questions, and left with generic one-size fits all med recommendations, invasive, seemingly unrelated or unnecessary procedures, and interventions. Dr. Sur is kind and knowledgeable. What sets her apart from other veterinarians we've seen in the past, is her ability to address the root cause of some issues my dog was having and suggest better food and herbs to heal her kidney issue. I appreciate a holistic view on health for myself and wanted to provide the same type of care for my dog. I am thankful to have finally found that in Dr. Sur.
