This store is pathetic. Sold me a fence that doesn’t work and won’t give my old transmitter back. Shouldn’t have taken it in the first place. Horrible service. Uses other people’s money. Says they represent pet stop and the don’t! Buyer Beware!! They purchase there product randomly from stores. I called the corporate office. They have no idea who this joker is. STAY AWAY!!’ LOSER!’
Does not respond to phone calls, will not give me credit for returned collar that I ordered buy mistake when it was just the battery gone bad.
This was a good company under the old owners! When we visited the store to get a new batterie for our collar we received terrible customer service and he sold me a dead batterie for 16 dollars. When my wife called him and told him it was dead he was rude and told my wife it was a bigger problem with the collar. Well guess what bud we have 2 collars and one definitely works when I took the working batterie out if it and put you pos batterie I get nothing. Problem is your batterie.
