Posting this from my husband’s account. Booked & filled a brief for a balayage, get to the salon & was told I couldn't do it. I requested we start the process & knew it would take multiple visits to get to end result & was still denied. Then was told okay we can but it's going to be $750+ now. Requested to get my normal colour with some warmth added & still denied.. I would give zero stars if I could, they ruined my hair, I was quoted $180 and ended up paying $400, I have asked for a solution or a refund multiple times but have been ignored. The owner Amy bullied me and said no one wants to have hair like mine and has just been an awful experience and I have had to pay $2000 to fix their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!
