The park manager Dustin is a cool guy easy to talk to but the actual landlord doesn’t care about the place over prices the trailers and the conditions there in not worth it if your looking for a place to live in Thomasville there are better options
Very rude receptionist wouldn't give the informationso that I could speak to the owner about one of the trailers
