We purchased an EV on Tuesday April 8 and contacted 401 Electric that day to get a quote on installing an EV charger. They were hoping to have one installed by Friday April 11 when we picked up the car, but they only provided the quote on this day. The quote did not mention the model of EV charger, length of wire needed, or number of hours of labour … just a total dollar amount. We have called on 401 electric on two occasions this past year for replacement of baseboard heater and a bathroom fan.They responded very quickly scheduling the work,arriving on time,and the electrician was courteous and very competently went to work....and they cleaned up before leaving.Confident in calling them for future work.
