This review is for Four Moons as an event space - I've never received any of their spa services. We were supposed to host our rehearsal dinner / welcome cocktail event in the Four Moons courtyard earlier this year. We'd been working with their event coordinator ~6 months before our event, but as the event drew closer, we could not get ahold of anyone at Four Moons.
