Rude to customer and lied about work on car needed also miss leading on state inspection on what needed to be fix during state inspection on 2nd time bring it in the tech than told us what was wrong instead of informing us the 1st time ....
Been taking my vehicles here for about two years. Very honest mechanic and friendly office staff.
They perform great work! They don’t try to overcharge you like other shops. I’ve used them the two years I’ve lived in Fredericksburg and I feel sad that I don’t get to take them with me on my next move. They’re worth giving a try!
