Much more than just a gym. CrossFit is a fitness program that works for all ages and abilities. I always look forward to going to Four Leaf because the coaches are amazing. They care about everyone in their class and make the hour fun, competitive and challenging. Big shout out to Sara, Amber and George for making Four Leaf a big part of my life!
