Im very impressed by the depth of knowledge these roofers have. We kept getting these huge ice dams on the edge of the roof every winter, and nobody could figure out why. These guys took one look in the attic and realized the soffit vents were totally blocked with old insulation. They cleared the blockages and installed proper baffles to get the air flowing again. Since then, the snow melts perfectly evenly and the dangerous ice is gone. It feels great to finally have that headache solved.
What a lifesaver this company was during the last big storm. Water started pouring through our bathroom exhaust fan, and panic definitely set in fast. They answered the phone right away and had someone out here with a tarp in under an hour. The permanent repair was done the very next morning once the rain stopped. They explained exactly why the old vent failed and showed us pictures of the fix. Cannot thank them enough for saving our ceiling!
