i paid $150 plus tip and this set didn’t even last 5 days. first two broke off 48 hours after my appointment. it was my first experience at this salon and this kind of breakage has never happened to me before with gel x tips, the quality was just awful. super bummed because i actually loved them at first :(

Hello, Yesterday was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. I called to request a refund, and the person on the phone hung up on me. I had explained that I live far, and it was upsetting to be rushed out so close to closing time. In the future, please just be honest and let customers know you’re about to close instead of rushing them out. It’s much more respectful and professional. Thank you.

I have to say I really had a great experience at the salon. My nail technician was Alex. He did an amazing job on my gel manicure and even suggested getting nail extensions as opposed to tips. They look so beautiful top quality top polish. What a beautiful shine my nails have thank you again. I will be back soon And especially the atmosphere of the salon felt very warm very clean.

TERRRRRRIBLEEEE TERRIBLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIS IS THE WORSE AND MOST DISGUSTING NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They are dirty, RUDE!! And down right horrible. I came with my sister to do our nails for my WEDDING and the girl who did my nail art practically scribbled all over them.
