Completely unsanitary, it is alarming. I went in For a gel removal and a regular manicure. The woman who was asked to do my nails was actively painting another woman’s feet when she was asked to get up and do my nails instead. She did not wash her hands. I had to ask her to wash her hands and she proceeded to remain sitting and use hand sanitizer. The desk I was sitting at was filled with dirty nail trimmings from prior clients. I received the green tea pedicure with Maria. She gave me the best , most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. She was absolutely amazing especially with her 15 minute massage that’s included. She was an absolute gem 🙏💖 I will be requesting her personally for future appointments.

i paid $150 plus tip and this set didn’t even last 5 days. first two broke off 48 hours after my appointment. it was my first experience at this salon and this kind of breakage has never happened to me before with gel x tips, the quality was just awful. super bummed because i actually loved them at first :(
Hello, Yesterday was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. I called to request a refund, and the person on the phone hung up on me. I had explained that I live far, and it was upsetting to be rushed out so close to closing time. In the future, please just be honest and let customers know you’re about to close instead of rushing them out. It’s much more respectful and professional. Thank you.
