Great customer service. Love the ease of making an appointment. My brows look amazing now.
Absolutely the most amazing waxing experience I’ve ever had! It barely hurt, and I’ve had almost no ingrown hairs or post-recovery skin irritation. I highly, highly recommend this place especially for new timers, pregnant, and low tolerance waxers. I only wish I had come here for my very first wax instead of the “cost cutters” style salon I tried before... that one was horrific in comparison.
Samantha is wonderful. She is inclusive to all. Is very knowledgeable. And is sensitive to any body discomfort you might have.
I came for a wax and left with a better understanding of how to take care of my skin! Samantha was welcoming and explained every step off the process as we went through. She also gave me an aftercare handout (important for me, who forgets everything as soon as I walk out the door 😆). It was fantastic and I'm excited for my next appointment!
I had a great experience at Be Bold Spa! Samantha performed my wax. She was very thorough and communicative throughout the entire appointment. She also provided education about proper aftercare. The facility was clean and had plenty of parking. I’ll definitely be returning for future services. I’ve been looking for the perfect place in Salem for years and I’m very glad to have found it!
