Can’t recommend Four Kauri Medical Centre enough!!! They’ve been looking after my mother-in-law over the past few months since she’s had quite a few health issues come up. Dr Jean Peterson, Dr Jean Lee, and Nurse Cathy have all been amazing and such top-notch GPs! So kind, patient, and they actually take the time to listen and explain things properly, which means a lot! Updated: I saw Dr. Jean Peterson and am sorry to say that overall I had mixed feelings about her service. I believe she has good intentions and genuinely wants to help patients, however her I found her communication more abrasive than the other GPs. For instance, when I described my condition, how I got it, and symptoms, her response demonstrated a lot of skepticism and doubt. Easily the best GP practice in Auckland! The sign-up process was quick and easy, actually enjoyable. Reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The clinic building itself is a vibe, trust me. My GP, Gina Hart, was kind, attentive, and really listened. Ignore the old negative reviews, they reflect past management. The place has completely turned around. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great GP in Auckland!
