DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management is horrible and rude to their residents. No teeth Leslie in the sales office will tell you anything and promise you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. MAKE SURE you drive through the park and thoroughly look at the trashy spaces where people do not keep up their yards. So many of the trailers are falling apart right in their spaces. BUYER BEWARE. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived in this park for 13 years. The neighbors, who lived in a single wide, meaning 3 bedrooms and two baths in 1,000 square foot space had three children with their off again and on again partners come and go, and then two grand children all living there (total of 7 people living in the home). Throughout the 13 years, they constantly had cars coming and going with loud bass music playing all hours of the night. STAY AWAY! These people don't even enforce their own rules in the lease you sign. Very few people take care of their homes let alone the lots they rent. Weeds, junk cars, and trash seem to be the norm around here. They claim to have night security but you never see them and if you call, you get a message. During the height of the pandemic they raised the lot rent then came back a month later for more for trash and sewer. Nice Park. Terrible management. They make up lies to try and evict you. They dont listen to complaints. Automatic raise every year. The apartments around there cheaper then the lot rent anymore. The worst thing about the place is they all are crooks when it comes to sales. STAY AWAY
