STAY AWAY! These people don't even enforce their own rules in the lease you sign. Very few people take care of their homes let alone the lots they rent. Weeds, junk cars, and trash seem to be the norm around here. They claim to have night security but you never see them and if you call, you get a message. During the height of the pandemic they raised the lot rent then came back a month later for more for trash and sewer. Nice Park. Terrible management. They make up lies to try and evict you. They dont listen to complaints. Automatic raise every year. The apartments around there cheaper then the lot rent anymore. The worst thing about the place is they all are crooks when it comes to sales. STAY AWAY
