Great customer service!
I attended the market show, and they were opening new accounts for designers and vendors and they said you need to just spend 1k minimum to open one. I had my client with me go around and pick out some pieces. When it came to place an order they suddenly switched up and said they aren't accepting new customers. Well why did you tell me a few days ago that you were and had me sign up and look around your showroom? Very unprofessional and bad business.
