After I fractured my elbow this summer, the Arnica Capsicum cream from Four Elements has been so helpful in relieving soreness in both the joint and surrounding muscles.
Absolutely the best lip balm I have used. My favorite is “Holy Basil” but I love them all. I first found it in a coffee shop in Lake Mills, WI while visiting my daughter. Every time I visited Lake Mills I would go buy more. Sadly that coffee shop has since closed. Now I purchase directly from Four Elements Herbals online. ❤️ A very happy NJ customer! Noelle B.
