Horrible customer service. They truly don't care about customers and have no desire to help. Went into their store, 4 people working and not 1 could even acknowledge my presence. Finally chased down and asked 1 for help, he showed me how to use a kiosk to get product info myself. Picked a carpet and finally got the attention of a different employee to start the process. Our experience was horrible!!! First off we had to take our own measurement for our kitchen cabinets.The cabinets look beautiful, but they are not closing properly.You have to close both doors together as the clearance is to tight. We called the representative here in Solditna requesting 4D to assess the problem and help us out? He said, we need to take pictures ourself to see if, there is a problem. For $26,000.00 one would think you could get some service but, NO 4d is to LAZY to get off there butt and help there customer ... read more
My experience in the store today was unbelievable. The man working at the right desk coming in the door was beyond rude not only to me but to another employee. Never have I been so frustrated with service at a local store. I buy local whenever I can. But 4-D will never be an option for me again. Treating another employee with the disrespect I witnessed today says everything!
I'm giving them 3 stars because I had several things done a little over 2 years ago. Kitchen counter installation was great. Kitchen floor was great also. Carpet is awful! It's the cheapest most expensive carpet I've ever had in my home. Disappointed... I didn't purchase the best carpet I went middle of the road. It wasn't installed properly. Gaps around my breakfast bar and Seams showing throughout and the edging isnt right either. Wish I had confronted this issue sooner but oh well. As far as customer service goes you coul... read more
