Whole family have been patients at 4 counties family health team since 1999. Had the privilege of having Dr Parnell for many years and now Dr Mcdonald all round wonderful staff
As seniors we are so pleased with this clinic. From the front desk to nurses and Doctors in the back we are repeatedly feel welcome. No matter what our health issues are I find myself really connecting to the nurses. It’s a very hard job to do. Dr. Faria is great doctor with great advice. I discuss options with her. Well done staff. We appreciate everyone of you.
I have been with this office for 17 years and their staff is amazing. I had an easy transition from Dr Hull to Dr Hooda and I think the world of all of them and Im so very grateful to have an amazing Dr!
I just need to say. Since doc Parnell left the way we get treated is somewhat poorly. The office staff r amazing. But if we r having to wait an month to get in why r they able to move us with a days notice. We also have work and school and other commitments and we plan our day around this. And now we need to wait more. We were not treated this way before
Dr. Monica Faria makes it clear she cares more about money than her patients. I lost the paper copy of my prescription and she refused to fax a copy to my pharmacy, insisting I had to come in for an appointment, despite my pleading for her to reconsider as I had moved out of town and wouldn’t be able to get to an appointment for weeks. Shameful, I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Faria to anyone.
