First time at this hospital. Staff seemed kind, but the wait time was extremely frustrating. There was no one in the waiting area and no visible activity in the back (all beds and rooms empty) yet I waited four hours. The doctor could have seen me sooner but it felt like the posted 4–6 hour wait was followed regardless of how busy (lack of) it actually was. The Physiotherapy department staff, are great. James was assertive and educational along with the student who was working with them for the summer. I was given lots of activity information sheets to keep up my recommended exercise with.
Was there for 3 hours, waiting for xrays. Just to find out they don't do xrays after 4. Would've been nice to know! Or maybe have a sign.
Very nice staff. Toke care of my mother very well.
