I am sitting here now for an hour. I wanted my daughter's shot record on form 3231. I signed in at the health department next door 15 minutes after arriving here at Four Corners primary care. So the health department called me first. I will be looking for another office for my children and I. I have been coming off and on for about a year. Even when I have an appointment IRS the same process.
Terrible, Terrible service.
