I had a great first experience at this little local pharmacy today with new meds prescriptions and costs. The Pharmacist was so helpful with information and explanation of a med I was extremely hesitant to take and made effort to get the cost of pricey meds down. SO HELPFUL. I've been using walmart for scripts/renewals and may decide to switch as I go forward if costs can remain same or reduced even... no insurance/self pay. Though I live nearby, I didnt notice it before. Highly recommend.
I am not one to say anything negative, especially about a small business. I have hope the experience that I had today was a one-off encounter. As a provider myself, I am a strong believer providers should treat patients with a mutual level of respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience within the last several encounters at this facility.
