Kevin was great but since Kevin is not there any more service has gone down hill. The office is not open when it is supposed to be and if you leave a message it is not returned.
Kevin is the "Go to guy" in Cortez for Hearing aids. He was suggested by a large corporate firm. I had a Hearing aid issue. It was fixed in 20 minutes with a drop in appointment. Fair pricing and beyond great and honest service to a fault. I would send any family to him. No discussion. Do not prepare for bling just honest over the top client care with a significant difference. Coco nutty? Really? Get a grip. Thanks Kevin!!!
Mr. Cason is friendly and professional. Have only good things to say about the service.
Very friendly, competent - I've had hearing aids for over 5 years from this vendor and they have great followup and take the time to explain everything. I don't know who coco nutty is, but this hearing aid vendor has NOTHING to do with NRA!
