My mother has had Ted Langdon for several years as a physical trainer. He has helped her immensely. He is patient and kind and very informative of communications with her and the family. I recommend him to anyone who needs to get back on there feet. I give him 5 stars!

RecommendedThe team, which includes Chris and Darla, are just wonderful people, who are incredibly positive and make you feel the same way by even the smallest successes you have. The best decision I made after I broke my ankle was to go to Four Corners for my rehab. The great thing about the exercises, stretches, etc. that I've learned at the center, is that they are so easy to do at home. I can work them in to my day or evening schedule with no problem.
